Here are the Talker Rules. If there is anything you dont understand then please speak to a staff member upon connection.
This is an 18+ Vanilla - D/s Talker. Please be respectful of peoples choices.
Rule 2 : No harrassment of any kind is acceptable.
Rule 3 : You must have a valid email address to create an account. You may not take names that clash with those of ranks, or are offensive. Anyone doing this will be given the chance to change their name. If this doesn't occur you will face jail time or banning from this talker.
Rule 4 : No multiple accounts. If you want to change your alias or would like an alias deleted, then use suicide or smail a staff member about it.
Rule 5 : Excessive idling: Idling people will be automatically disconnected after 60mins, AFK or not. If you need to AFK or idle for longer than an hour, ie: sleeping, going out etc, disconnect and return later. The use of timers or triggers to keep your account active while you're away for an extended amount of time (more than an hour) is not permitted.
Rule 6 : Please try not to swear in a public area. Although you may not find it offensive some people might. So please try to keep that to private rooms.
Rule 7 Everyone is entitiled to their own opinions or likes and dislikes. Please respect other's rights to those, and to talk about them. If the conversation turns to someting you find personally objectionable you can always request the other person stop the conversation or you may leave the room.
Rule 8 : Do not ask for a promotion in levels (see Rule 10) If you are deemed worthy of promotion to staff, then you will be promoted.
Rule 9 : No illegal dealings are to take place in a public area on the talker, ie, the selling of drugs, illegaly copied materials, pornography, etc. I know it seems a little over the top to be telling you this, but it's for our own interest ;)
Rule 10: After 1 days login time, you will be promoted to Warrior and added to the User list on the website.
Rule 11: After 50 days without logging in, your account may be deleted, unless you have informed a staff member prior to the absence. Staff who go 100 days without logging in, will be demoted.
Rule 12: Scening: Public scening is to be done in the arena room only: Ruins. Private scening may be done in any room that can be made Private or in your own room (if applicable). Any people breaching this rule may face jail time or nuking.
Rule 13: If you have a problem with any of the staffs decisions please smail the owner/God. The owners decision is final and not to be queried by the user. Any problems caused by users who are unhappy with the owners decision may be nuked and banned.
Rule 14: NON-CONSENTUAL ROOM - Dark Territory is a room of 'anything goes' by entering the room you consent to whatever happens to you in there. There is no need for anyone to ask your consent once you have entered the room. Be aware of this fact before you enter. Please be aware of scenes already in play, try not to interrupt or force your way into the play. No responsibility will be taken by management for anything that occurs there. If you are unhappy with what is happening, leave the room. -Limits mean NOTHING in this room, be aware of this-
